Hatchling
▬▬▬▬▬▬ Born in the hewn city Jules didn't really stay with his parents, they made it very clear he wouldn't be staying with them. His older brother Dorian however was happy to have an assistant. Teaching the young dragon all about plants and flowers hoping one day he would be a worthy assistant. This however didn't last long, as although Jules was willing to listen and learn he was also a little bit rebellious. Having been left to water a very rare selection of plants knowing full well that they took a long time to grow, Jules dug up over half just to examine the roots. Dorian was understandably very angry, he didn't want to harm his brother but he had threatened a punishment so he followed through with it. Taking Jules to the clans traveling trader and asking simply for him to be taken away. The trader in question, Woolf did as he was asked and delivered the young dragon to this clan while he was visiting his daughter. Jules lives here now. He wasn't really stopped from doing whatever he wanted, so Jules dug up most of the surrounding area. |

▬▬▬▬▬▬ Surprisingly Jules became somewhat of a feature in the library, looking over as many books as he could. Much to the disgust of the Head Librarian he would also bring his most recent finds into the library and deposit them on the tables as he searched for them in the archives. Covering most of the library in mud Jules was not high on Boreas’ welcomed guest list. Sometimes Jules had to ask other dragons to borrow books for him. A lot of research and much digging later Jules became the clan’s upmost authority on relics. A skilled archaeologist he is able to identify most relics found around the tower in which he lives. He became fast friends with the Neroli who would often help him find books, she also delights in hearing about the things he’s found. He dresses in lace due to her influence and he thinks he looks quite dashing. Most of the things Jules has dug up around the tower are on display in one form or another, although he did allow some to be sold for the good of the clan. After all they were nice enough to let him dig up most of the ground floor so he needed to at least pay for that. He was also able to obtain a Light tomb during his short travels which he holds very dear. His mate and now inseparable companion Robin is never far from his side. Robin quite literally fell for Jules, the two clicked instantly meaning Jules now has someone to talk endlessly about artifacts with. Robin also keeps watch while Jules works on his digs. |
