They say the pen is mightier than the sword. Atrumea has decided to wield both. A member of the Freoða Mercenary Company and Clan Forspeca, Atrumea is the clan's leading diplomat, as well as its leading expert in both wordplay and swordplay. Atrumea is a swordmage; a dragon who can conjure blades of magic to cut her foes. Of course, she'd far prefer nonviolence, but there are times when a dispute cannot be settled with discourse or reason, and force must be applied in order to reach a better solution.

Craft is a joy, to Atrumea. A member of the Squid Ink subspecies, she undertook a Water Flight ritual whereby a dragon dips their wings and claws in ink in reverence for the written word. These dragons are scribes, historians, poets; it is a sacred undertaking, and Atrumea takes it just as seriously. Just as likely to be seen re-laquering her claws as to be found training herself raw, Atrumea is a dragon of two talents, and sees no contradiction between the arts of war and peace.
