Meek, bland, sincere

The Empyreal clan has so many familiars and livestock that they have several specialists assigned to manage them. Tohil's in charge of the medicinal aspect. He sets bones, prescribes medicinal herbs, and even will operate on his patients if it's needed. The sight of blood and gore doesn't phase him at all.

Tohil makes no attempt to socialize with other dragons. His personality is oddly blank, and it's not helped by his monotone hissing voice. He's excellent at his job and not bad at heart, but his presentation puts many dragons off.
