Ulprus is the Oracle of the Walking Plague. He's the one in charge of tracking every large event, from hatchdays to seasonal changes and lunar events. Sometimes he receives messages from the spirits, be it through dreams, visions or possession of his body.

Other dragons often find themselves getting a surprise visit from Ulprus, usually when he's sleepwalking or possessed. Not that they can stop it, or even want to: such visits are for delivering the spirits' messages to those who need them.
