Inventory:
Patches - a friend and foe of many dragons. Patches has fought since the day he left his shell, clearing his own path through the overgrown road of life. Never has he stopped to rest, and never will he. His hard working nature comes from both his Lightning heritage and the lonesome life he lived as a wee hatchling. When he was just a few days old, his parents abandoned him right outside of a Light clan. They soon took him in, but they all perished from a terrible sickness before he could even blink. The incident left him scarred, though; white scars covering most of Patches' figure from the radiation of the mysterious illness.
Later in life, some years after the death of the clan that took him in, he came across another skydancer, one with golden wings and bright personality. A many-years older Patches greeted him and walked on, still not very comfortable with others, even so many years after the sickness. Unfortunately, or fortunately for Patches, the other skydancer had decided to follow him. A day or so later, Patches got into more trouble than he had expected. Patches had prepared himself for the worst, when none other than the overly-bright skydancer he greeted some days past came hurtling out of nowhere, offering a chance to escape. In the afterwards, the bright skydancer- who he now knew to be called Hatiti -asked to travel with him, citing that he thought Patches would be an interesting traveling companion. Patches, who had always battled life alone, didn't know what to make of the request. To this day, he still doesn't know why he said yes, though now that he looks back at it, he's glad. From then onward, Hatiti has remained at Patches' side like a particularly shiny barnacle.
Much later, the two came across the Pathless, and were accepted happily. Patches still doesn't know why the Pathless let them stay,
