Biography

An ancient Valkyrie, cast from Valhalla on a journey to save the champion of Nez'zuul. A prophecy foretold her failure, however, she set out to save her hero; fighting her destiny in hopes to save the one whom her people cherished. Having earned a bad reputation amongst her people for selling out her own kind during the war of Septulon - a war in which an ancient celestial god threatened to take the ancient weapon of Valshulok - she hoped to clear her name by bringing him to Valhalla when his time would come.

Fates always have a strange way of working. In the tides of battle, a hero thought to be fallen can conquer even death to rise and become a king. And this was just the case. Valnar rose from the brink of death, conquering his foes and becoming the crowned king of Nez'zuul. When one is sent out to save someone who doesn't need saving, one would believe that tides have turned in their favor and that they have succeeded in achieving a victory. However, the hero whom was destined for Valhalla and respected was far from any hero.

The prophets never foresaw what was to come...

As for Saruiel, she was cast in iron chains - her power contained - and put into the prison of the ancients to spend the rest of eternity there. Only she knows what Valnar is capable of. Only she knows the truth. But knows she has no hope of warning them of the devastation they have brought upon themselves.
