Biography

One of the first dragons I ever bought. She was probably around 5kt on the auction house, I also gened her with Opal, she used to have Okapi. Something else I want to note, she and Patches always have pretty large nests, despite being a same-breed pair. That makes me feel like they are happy here.

Joining the lair not long after Patches, Winterkin quickly befriended her fellow Imperial, despite the dragon species' tendency to isolate themselves. Both dragons were very young and didn't have much experience with the world, and finding refuge with a new clan was stressful for them. It all worked out in the end, as now both dragons are fully grown and have good relationships with the dragons around them.

When she and Patches showed up, there were only four other dragons. Galeca, Rinus, Viscera, and Crimson. All but the leaders of the clan were shy and reserved, and it was awkward at first. Soon the leaders of the clan broke the ice and introduced themselves to their new young friends. They acted as the parents of the clan for a long time, and now Patches and Winterkin are elders of the clan, able to aid Galeca and Rinus when greeting new members and other dragons who drop by.

Winterkin herself is an elegant soul, taking everything in stride. She is not experienced in battle, but experienced in life. Coming from the icy mountains of Sornieth, she knew all there was to know about the harsh temperatures and dangerous beasts that lived there. She felt safe in this clan, although the sounds of lightning occasionally startle her when they are especially close by.
