A sealer of tombs and a quieter of spirits, she has the utmost respect for the dead - not so much for the living. Her callous nature has cost her more potential friends than it has made her. A woman from Irish Mythology who fell in love with a man. His wife, whom he had cast aside, turned Etain into a pool of water, then a worm, and then a beautiful butterfly. Butterflies are a symbol of life and death, which this young coatl deals with daily. She is named Etain in regards to the name of the woman who was a butterfly herself.

Etain and the Imp Priestess are incredibly close friends. Although, Etain has difficulties making friends with anyone or anything, the Priestess can connect with her on a spiritual level.
