Biography
Vaizel; Daughter of the Autumn Winds
Fairewind Clan Leader; Head of the Fairewind Circle
|
Vaizel always knew that once she had grown she would come to watch over her own lair. Once she came of age, the young guardian sought Windsinger for his permission. Of course, she expected much more resistance on the matter and was quite surprised at how pleased the great windy dragon was at her ambition. She found a suitable place among the Zephyr steps and nestled in. In no time at all she was greeted by Cynfal, a wayward (and very odd) mirror with a penchant for getting into trouble. He was injured, his back legs preventing him from walking, but seemed to get around okay with his wings. Vaizel knew then this was her first test as a leader. With quick thinking and careful accumulation of materials, the two of them constructed heavy braces for the mirror's legs (more like complete replacements really). Vaizel felt a connection to Cynfal, though she wasn't sure of what sort. The two of them acted on their feelings, only to discover afterwards that the feeling was neither romantic nor sexual in nature. Vaizel concluded that Cynfal must, in that case, be her charge; the dragon she is bound to watch over. She was pleased; Cynfal was a very good friend. |
