Kyna

She/her | NB Girl | Bisexual

Kyna runs the town with her associates Talyn and Aeryn, long-time friends and partners in the world of crime. They founded the town to give people like them a second chance. Her aims to do good are an attempt to reconcile with regrets of her past, though this does not mean she has left those ways behind her entirely. Despite the changes to the world in her time living in it, society and its institutions still harbor unfairness to anyone who wasn't born lucky. Yes, she offers a second chance and yes, she has regrets, but she and her people still do what they must to survive; they're just more careful about the consequences than any of them ever had been previously.

She has a code of conduct for anyone living there, with inspiration taken from her days under a pirate captain's administration.
