indentA very absent-minded dragon, Dust would often wander away to parts unknown without warning. Despite the fact that wanderlust and Dust's small size and natural clumsiness were bound to eventually lead to disaster, she always managed to come home safe and sound. That didn't prevent everyone else from worrying about her well-being, though - particularly Espresso, Dust's closest friend.

indentEspresso would often profess that Dust's clumsiness and forgetfulness were some of her cutest traits, however, and the two were quite close. Dust could often be found cuddling close to Espresso, leading many to start awwwing when the two of them were together. It was no surprise to anyone, therefore, when Espresso announced that the two of them were officially a couple.

indentDust's sporadic adventures became a part of regular life in the clan, and so no one was surprised when, like any other time, Dust disappeared one day. The panic started to set in a few weeks later, however, when Dust never came back. The entire clan was in an uproar, everyone searching everywhere they could for Dust, but to no avail. After about a year, when many dragons had started to lose hope of ever seeing Dust again, she mysteriously reappeared, covered in scars and wounds. After her return, she never told anyone what had happened to her, but seeing her terrible scars, no one could blame her for not wanting to revisit those memories.
