She is the daughter of Shadow Imperials, who were amongst the first of their kind. Despite Artumes being young herself, a lot of dragons think she's out of their reach. Perhaps it's vanity, avoidance or clumsiness, but Artumes doesn't do a whole lot to challenge their views.

Powerful and dedicated to the Plaguebringer, she flies large distances to spread the infection in the edges of Plague territory, leaving the clan for weeks or months at a time.
