A member of the Valerian Seelie Court, and of the royal family. Most say that her royal ties are nothing other than that of an artificial title and that Sakaalee is nothing more than an highbourn courtier. She came into power after the clans original leaders fell ill and the court fell into depravity and disrepair. She spends most of her time laying down the law and acting out by having frivolous relations with those who visit the court. All of these rendezvous end with many Seelie children being brought into the world.

Sakaalee displays her people's nature of manipulating quite well, wherein since they cannot lie, they weave words together without giving the whole truth, leading others to give into their demands. She offers favours to visitors in return for a favour from them but there is always some sort of twist to what she asks for in return.
