Biography
Exiled from the Asfall wastes. Has only ever been seen wearing his full hazmat suit, and all his infrequent vocalizations are garbled to incomprehensibility by the mask he wears. No one knows why he was banished, and this dragon is not divulging any information.
Goggles and mask give nothing away. Often stares. Wanders off most mornings and returns with food and supplies, yet no one has ever seen him actually scavenging. A few hatchlings that once followed him were coldly stared at after they thought they had quietly tracked him miles from the clan. They quickly lost resolve.
Riss was a mindless Emperor brought down by the combined efforts of many clans in the Ashfall wastes. After it died, the corpse was taken to Cecum the undertaker to make sure the monstrosity did not rise again. What the clans did not realize is that Riss, the Earth portion of the Emperor, was the father of Cecum. Instead of preforming last rights, she warped the poor thing even further, separating the four other heads and fusing back the parts that once made up Riss. This barely living creature was put back together, and strong spells and equipment placed to keep its mind calm and provide it with a constant stream of elemental energy. Cecum then fled with Riss to the vast and mostly lawless lands of the Southern Icefield. Settled down with the very liberal minded Mutating Ice clan
The silent Cecum and Riss make an absolutely terrifying if basically benign pair....well, as long as you dont try and cheat Cecum
