Caretaker of the Refugees
The Lavaburst Clan takes in refugees and escapees from bad lives. The caretaker maintains their housing and keeps them in good health until they wish to leave or join the clan. Flowers grow back after being stepped on and so will I. This dragon is as soft as she looks. A few other dragons have taken to calling her a crybaby, something that she hates and tries to defy. Of course, her anger only makes her eyes well up and her nose water so she truly lives up to her reputation. The Spiral is sweet, however, and enjoys cuddling and working with the Beastclans. (Desc. by Toothless) Other - Character Traits: Emotionally Sensitive, Morally Sound, Gullible, Trustworthy, Friendly - Sin vs. Virtue: Patience & Charity/ Envy - Deysi is actively trying to figure out her sexuality. - Deysi is a part Ridgeback and part Spiral. She shares all her colors and genes with both her parents. She shares her breed with her mother. - Likes: Animals, The Beastclans, Peace, Quiet, Pastel Colors - Dislikes: Worms, Battles and War, Violence - Secret(s): Her origins - According to the Sornieth Floriography Guide, jasmine stands for amiability and agreement - Her opheodrys serthis is named Rendi. It is very, very protective of Deysi and will not hesitate to kill others attempting to harm her. This is because in the past, she saved it from death at the jaws of Linnae. - From Here - Casual Deysi - Headcanon Voice - Deysi's friend, Linnae, strongly advises her to not trust the Beastclans. Deysi defies her anyway. - She has a bit of a crush on Angel, but tries to hide her emotions in fear of being rejected. - She likes pastel variations of colors, such as pink, purple, yellow and blue. - She knows about Deja's and Darya's affiliations with the blackmarket, but won't report them due to the fact they saved her. However, she strongly disagrees with their practices. - She is a hopeless romantic. - Deysi strongly believes that there is good in the Beastclans. - Dragons featuring similar scale coloring are referred to as "eyesores". Deysi worries about this a lot. She is from a subspecies of "candymakers" featuring dragons consisting purely of her coloration and patterns. Origin Story The daughter of breeding fodder. Her parents had the luxury of living in a gorgeous den and they were dressed with the finest silk and apparel. However, they had to bear the fact that they had to produce offspring and their hatchlings would be sold. They had many uses from being slaves to beastfolk or being put up on display. Deysi was born in a nest of one. Her parents were punished for this, not that they could have helped it. Deysi was sold on the blackmarket around the age of one ten years human. This blackmarket trading post was an odd one, being shared by beastfolk and dragonkind alike. They were notorious for keeping hidden. The day she was up for auction, she met a young Deja. She was new to the business, and had recently partnered with her fellow Lavaburst dragon, Darya. Deja pitied her and promised to later buy her from her auction. So she did at 45kt. She took her to the Lavaburst Clan, saying she found her abandoned. The clan bought it and took her in as one of their own. She was never really smart, so she later trained under Tourmaline to become a caretaker.
