Sally had lived most of her young life feeling rather lonely. She never felt like she really belonged somewhere or had much of a future. That is, until she met Jack. A Light Pearlcatcher full of charisma with a dashing and confident personality, she was completely enthralled with him the first moment she laid eyes on him. Of course, she was certain he wouldn't notice her as she considered herself rather weird and boring. But oh, was she wrong! He had most certainly noticed her, and wanted to court her but wanted to make sure he was what she wanted. Though he was adored by all in their little neck of the woods, Jack absolutely adored her.

It took a little while, but eventually the two met face to face and started courting. It took her much longer to accept that his love for her was genuine and not some dark joke. But eventually the two fell deeply in love and quite inseparable. She's still shy and doesn't interact with many other dragons, but she knows that his close friend Ghoulish (an Earth Tundra), is also genuine. Sally has been invited on many of their adventures, but she always declines-- she appreciates the offer every time but knows she wouldn't be able to keep up.

After about 5 years in the clan, Sally realized she'd had a 'trade' all along. To pass the time in her loneliness and boredom, she often took to making dolls. They always comforted her and she liked the idea of bringing her creativity to life in some way. Jack had commented many a time that she was truly gifted and should share her craft with her clan. She often thanked him but shrugged the idea away. At most, she'd gift her dolls to runaway hatchlings or mourning dragons visiting graves of their loved ones. It wasn't until much later that she finally let Jack's comments in. Sally gathered the courage to speak to Vixen, their clan leader, and mentioned that she was open to taking commissions for dolls for anyone in the clan. And so she does now! She says it's free of charge, but most in the clan will tip her regardless. Her work is truly masterful as it's very apparent she pours love and passion into every project. Word has gotten out and she also takes commissions from those beyond the clan. This has made her happiness even greater, knowing she now has an excuse to do busy-work alone.
