Biography
Lunala is trying to do all she can to keep Nora from training to be in "The Dark Ones". She feels that it is her duty to help her out of this pit she has dug , and she will stop her at any cost from going to training.
Cheshire raised up "You foolish young dragon!". Lunala sunk back, fear in her eyes. The Imperial could take the young Pearcatcher down with a single strike to the throat. Cheshire laughed "Do you think I won't punish you? For interrupting valuable training?". Lunala's breathing came out heavy and fast, preparing to run. Cheshire snaked her way over and Lunala suddenly saw an opening, but the attacking Imperial saw her plan. Cheshire caught her with a blow to the head with powerful claws. All Lunala saw was the wall of the cave suddenly flying at her and a powerful breath of cold.
The Pearlcatcher woke up in Ender's den. The medicine dragon rested her tail on her younger sister "Stay still, you idiot!". Lunala let out a sigh of relief "H-how bad?". Ender let out a sharp growl "Well, if you hadn't fallen in to the Arcanist-forsaken ocean, it wouldn't be this bad!". Lunala paused "Ocean?". Ender gently set a warmed rock on Lunala's back "Yeah, you're lucky Cheshire was there to save you!". Lunala's ears went down, and a sudden spike of pain rocketed through her body. As she let out a cry, Ender gave another growl "I said stay still!". Lunala started to speak up, to tell her older sister that Cheshire had done this, but a voice cut her off. A purpleish-blue shape stepped in to view and Cheshire spoke up, her voice full of concern " Is she gonna be okay?". Ender's voice was uncertain "I don't know, this idiot that is my sister might have hurt herself too much this time.". Cheshire's voice warmed up a bit "I think Lemon might be done with the device.". Ender's tail swept over the ground "I'll go get it, stay and watch Lunala." she demanded. Cheshire let out a small chuckle "Will do!". The sound of Ender's claws on the ground soon faded, and Cheshire and Lunala were alone in the medicine den. Cheshire's face soon came in to view, a large smile on her face. A claw gripped Lunala's jaw and Cheshire made the Pearlcatcher look right in to her eyes. The Imperial's gaze was cold "Say anything about this, and you won't just have your body frozen.". With that, the dragon harshly dropped her head. Ender's clawsteps soon came back in to hearing range "I have it!". A warm round object was placed beside Lunala and Ender spoke again. The blind dragon sighed "Your pearl was lost in the ocean, so this will work both as a pearl and to keep you warm.". A fluffy tail-tip brushed over Lunala's frozen wing "I love you. Don't ever scare me like that again" Ender spoke, her voice soft. Cheshire nodded "If I'm not needed.". The Imperial started to walk out, shooting one last glare at Lunala. As she walked away, another Imperial burst in, a seafoam green colored one. Royal rushed over to Lunala and Ender "Oh my Icewarden please tell me she's going to be okay!". Ender turned her sightless gaze to her mother " Mother, have I failed enough times to not be trusted? Did I not help Fro or you or Bengal?". Royal sighed "I'm just so worried about my little night buggaboo". Lunala let out a small chuckle at her mother's pet name for her. Royal turned to Lunala "Please be careful, I don't wanna lose you like I did Phthalo!". Lunala smiled a bit "I-It's okay M-Ma, I-I won't join Phthalo in the stars j-just yet.". A white Pearlcatcher soon came trotting in to view "Is she up?". Lunala looked up "I-I'm up Pa!". Her dad, Wingtin, gently nosed Lunala's horn "Don't scare me like that, I don't want to lose my little black-furred beauty.". Ender let out a sigh "Start thinking of different nicknames father, Lemon's device won't melt all this ice." Wingtin let out a small whimper "Wha? Ender, what do you mean?!". Ender growled "I mean this is different ice!". Royal sighed "Enchanted?". Ender growled "Gee mother, what ticked ya off to that idea?". Royal looked back to her tail that was normally still, but was now twitching like crazy "You know the deal, magic tips this thing off". Wingtin spoke up, his voice unusually harsh "Dark magic.". Ender perked up a bit "That means someone did this to her." she turned to Lunala "Who?". The young Pearlcatcher wanted to tell her loving sister what happened, and to tell her mother and father everything. "M-Ma, P-pa, E-Ender" she started. She suddenly remembered Cheshire's harsh gaze and words. Lunala shivered and continued "I-I don't remember.". Wingtin and Royal sighed, but Lunala could feel Ender's blind gaze burning into her scales.
