Refined and elegant, Dior's quiet intelligence and naturally friendly personality make him very well-liked. He has a natural charisma that, combined with his quick wit, draw the other dragons of the Clan to him like moths to a flame. But despite his popularity he remains quite modest. More bookish than he would appear, he enjoys learning about the customs and cultures of places far away.

Dior is always receiving gifts from admirers who have been won over by his magnetic nature. To be perfectly honest, he's not sure what to do with all the attention. There are precious few dragons in the Clan who actually know him well. One of those dragons is Mauve. Initially, the expressive and friendly Dior was slightly put off by the fae's stiffness and quiet personality. However, Dior was determined to get to know him, and over time the two of them grew closer and closer. Dior admired Mauve's intelligence and the inner softness he sensed in the other dragon. Eventually he realized that his feelings were no longer platonic.

Dior was terrified of ruining what was, to him, an extremely meaningful friendship, and for quite a while he simply kept quiet about his feelings. But one day Mauve, who was never one for beating around the bush, simply asked what was wrong. Dior, normally unflappable and gracious, was so flustered that he could barely form words. Fortunately, Mauve understood and reciprocated, and from then on the two were inseparable.
