Quena is a healer and a murderer.

She prefers doctor or surgeon however. Healer makes her job sound messy and scientific you didn’t care about being neat before. It is a job that she enjoys however, despite her peculiar appearance.

Some who see her assume she dabbles in voodoo or witchery you’ve done worse which offends her greatly. She is a dragon of science and medicine. Magic spells rarely have a place here.

Quena doesn’t know why she prefers to dress this way. It’s comfortable. Nostalgic. And it’s not like there’s a dress code. They were always scared by her appearance before.

Unfortunately, before her joining the ship, her life is one big blank. Perhaps a traumatic accident it was a punishment, you deserved it or a spell of some kind. She couldn’t tell. She didn’t even have a clan to draw from. It wouldn’t have helped, she was a strange child who scared those around her with her cruel experiments. They tried to forget her when she left.

Quena remembers waking. And wandering. Days and days, puzzling over the world around her. A passing doctor until one day she walked into a scene straight out of a science fiction novel. A routine landing and reloading. She saw a place a doctor could flourish. You were expected to die. But anything is better than what you did before.

She’s a talented doctor however, carrying out delicate procedures with expert care despite her memory loss. save instead of harm, follow your oath this time doctor.

Quena can be a bit annoying with her pedantic overly formal personality and tendency to be condescending better than a killer in conversation. She can be a bit cold and sarcastic, especially to strangers, but she does truly care for people around the ship and her victims patients.

Tell me, seeing you care now, does it make you even guiltier for what you did before? Or did you not consider them people? Only experiments.

Seeing others remininsce however, she is clinically interested. Why can’t she remember anything but her name and medical skills? Sometimes in the dark of night, she takes a spell book from the library and mouths the words, trying to find just the right spell. Magic can occasionally have a place Always a hypocrite

Did she have family? Friends? No. You cared about none. Perhaps even a lover? Not knowing chafes at her scientific sensibilities.
