Juniper is... quite strange, to say the least. He arrived mysteriously one day, claiming to be a wandering trader in need of a rest, and ended up staying a lot longer than he had first planned. Although he may be a bit shady, he still has his old skill in trading, and he could convince you to give him something free, if he had enough time and a plan.

He has very strong opinions, ones that don't easily change - once he hears both sides of something, he'll pick a side, and stick with it, no matter what. To some this might feel like going down with a sinking ship, but Juniper has quite the way with words, and defending his position in an argument is a joy to him.

For some obscure reason, he's become an ambassador for the Clan. Maybe it was his way with words (in fact, it probably was, as it certainly wasn't his kindness and openness, both of which are basically non-existent). Or possibly Alpine thought Juniper could use some conversation that wasn't to try and sell something or trick someone. Either way, what's done is done, and the Wildclaw is doing strangely well in his role.
