Now, traditionally only one dragon bonds to a single familiar. Their one true familiar, if you will. Noreen possesses a curious scent that renders her anonymous to the familiars, allowing her to tend to them without accidentally bonding with them. Well, most familiars.
Sakura has been with Nori since her hatchling days, and acted almost like a nanny to the Tale Weaver. Tali... well, she seemed to recognize Nori no matter what the Nocturne did, so she just rolled with the notion of having a second familiar.
