The mutated triplets The mutated triplets were born due to an experiments of Ferdinand to see if couples of different dragon species that have triplets and quintuplets can survive a certain virus. As a result, only the imperial triplets survive but with their gene mutated, having a distinctive blood—splatter markings. Unless the genes are mutated again, the markings will remain on them forever. The triplets grew up under the strict observation and teaching of Ferdinand. They were taught to become excellent scientist. But as Ferdinand tried to teach them kindness, one particular dragon taught him otherwise. Fahrenheit, the most powerful one in the triplets, influenced Ferdinand's ability to differentiate between right or wrong, and tainted his mind with dark desires. No one knows how such a kind dragon could became such a gruesome being. One could say Ferdinand was experimented on by his own creation. Labratory Zero
One of the triplets, Celcius, was sent to the allied clan of The Syndicate to serve the purpose of strengthening the bonds between two clans. Along with Isaac - Fahrenheit’s replica, the two work in Labratory Zero while also being the main source of informations of the clan and the regions. The other two (Fahrenheit and Frankenstein) remained at The Syndicate to reinforce further development of certain projects.

As soon as he left The Syndicate, he immediately went to Khem and demanded him to teach him the ways of his lab. What was okay, and was not on the stainless titles of the building. When Khem told the younger imperial that whatever he wants to do, what he plans to do, it was fine with him so long as it does not obstruct his own work. Delighted with the permission, he set upon the corpses of the failed experiments of Khem, twisting them even farther.

Road to the Nexus
After passing from lab Zero to Nexus, he received a warm welcome. He quickly gained liking from not only the workers such as his nephews or Pascal but also the Great Council.

At first he was assigned to the right lab wing "Alpha-27" where, in his own corner, he could play with as many cadavers as he wanted. He got enough time for his "work" and a free hand in actually doing it.
But Celsius wouldn't pass up the perfect opportunity to explore the secrets of the Nexus organization.

Thanks to his smarts and cunning, he quickly gained info on weakness and strengths of every dragon in Nexus and based on that, chose his "groups of friends"
By working next to Adore for example, he could enjoy fresh test subjects.

Not long after, because of his clever ideas and decisiveness (and stubborness...) he got added to the Great Council. With such a big chunk of power in hand (paw? Claws?), he prescribed his membership to the Beta-33 and began working in the laboratory under another dragon from the Great Council- Tybalt.

About him
He knows every organ, bone placement, muscle structures, and general sizes of every dragon breed ever. He was not born and taught by his 'father' for nothing. He just..., prefers playing with corpses over playing with the lives of dragons. He could do that anytime he wants, with his corpses. All he needed to do was raise them from the dead. As such, he is probably the most childish of the triplets.

Due to a damaged hip joint, he moves with a cane, but don't be fooled! He still remains strong and dangerous

Powers
Necromancy is not only about reviving, it is mainly about controlling and modifying. The soul is energy, consciousness, a quantum process that can be modified. If someone is depressed, the easiest way to remove the problem from the scientific level is to modify the person's way of thinking, i.e. by modifying the quantum process / consciousness. it's like changing a light bulb in a Christmas tree from red to green. fast, efficient or maybe you prefer green light.
If he gains enough time, he will be more efficient by modifying the traits of certain dragons that have not shown the proper performance.
