Yan'ha is a being of immense power, much like her mother and father- though not quite to the extent of the latter. She is the firstborn child of the founder of the clan, Brennen, and the form of her powers were heavily influenced by that. Concepts are not born my normal means, and when Yan'ha was born, she emerged from a great rose as an incarnate of life and growth. She is capable of creating new life at will, which she manifests primarily through flowers and plantlife. Though she wields great power, it is unlikely that one would gather that from her typical mannerisms. Yan'ha has a bright and cheerful, childlike nature- in part to the fact that she's relatively young. She seeks to befriend just about everyone she meets, and loves to see others happy as well. She has a bit of a mischievous streak, but she means well, and never intends harm upon anyone. She's grown accustomed to being able to make others smile with ease- something that has caused her much frustration when it comes to her stoic brother, Kaukyma, who only finds her cheerfulness to be a nuisance. Despite his disdain for her behavior, she persistently attempts to find some means to make him smile, if even for a moment- though those attempts have all been in vain thus far. |

Yan'ha is one of many residents of Duskbreak that are unaccustomed to existing in the form of a dragon- though for an entity that can take on whatever form they so desire, it's significantly less bothersome to her than it can be for the others. As an entity that transcends most planes of existence, she often is absent from the clan and wandering various universes. When she does stop back to visit for a while though, her arrival is always marked by a sudden appearance of unnatural flora throughout the clan- and it was this very same phenomena that led her to meet her best friend within Duskbreak. When Yan'ha first appeared within Duskbreak, it caused quite a stir among the members of the time. Many awoke to find the normally barren, rocky encampment covered suddenly in lush grasses and colorful flowers. They were bewildered as to how it had happened- some even believing they had somehow been unwittingly transported to the Gladekeeper's domain. The members of Duskbreak are no stranger to powerful godlike beings residing within their midst, however, and upon meeting Yan'ha, their confusion was quickly resolved. While most simply shrugged it off as yet another bizarre occurrence within the clan, one dragon in particular took an immediate, great interest in her. Lyricen, the clan's ambassador, was fascinated by her ability to create such stunning foliage simply by existing, and wished to know more about her. As is her nature, she was overjoyed to make a new friend so quickly, and the two became inseparably close friends in no time. In truth, he remains one of the main reasons she returns to Sornieth as often as she does- she cares for him far more than he knows. |
