Eccentric is the best and perhaps the only way to describe this dragon.

He says he sees things that others can't, hears whispers crawling out of silence.

For now, the solitary dragon seems harmless. He is kept at arm's length, not that he notices.

He somehow never seems to be around whenever a gaoler comes to visit.
