I have no recollection of childhood. No inkling of the carefree days, full of wonder and innocence that I strive to provide the hatchlings born to my lair. I do, however, know of the need for such things. That providing a strong, safe, peaceful environment for our children is of utmost importance. That a place to call home is a blessing to us all, young and old alike, but especially to those who have been abandoned or simply grown tired of wandering.


This is not to say that there are never times when strength, bravery, even heroism is called for; on the contrary. Strength and gentleness, bravery and peacefulness, the ability to stand, but not to stand down - all of these are represented by the Dragonfly Clan. As each new season and situation present themselves, we shall adapt and we shall overcome.


And I, born to lead this community, will keep watch. This is my home. This is my family. This is my legacy.
