Gravity's Pull draws all sorts. That's part of what makes it so remarkable. But with variety comes cacaphony, and it takes a trained ear and a clever mind to sort through the many tongues and dialects of dragonkind. This is the duty of Constellation. His gift is communication, the ability to bridge the linguistic gaps some would think insurmountable.

Some say he's a bit too clever, though. Being the clan's universal translator, Constellation hears all, and there is no form of communication he cannot understand. And the Skydancer knows better than anyone the power of a well-used word. This is a dragon that can mediate a conversation between the ancient Imperials and their younger Pearlcatcher cousins, without offending either party. Even Mirrors find they do not require he communicate in their favored language of blood and talons. His honeyed words and silvered tongue have prevented many a dispute within the clan, a fact for which everyone is grateful- as they should be.

Even when he hasn't been called to translate, Constellation seems to have a way of hearing things he shouldn't. He seems to appear out of nowhere, just when one would rather not be interrupted, and he never gives any indication of how much he's overheard. No one calls him out on it, as he more often than not keeps what he hears to himself, and when he makes secrets public, it's always for the good of Gravity's Pull. Still, there may come a day when the Witch of Whispers overhears something that could make his existence inconvenient. After all... Gravity's Pull draws all sorts.
