Some trader of drinks and the miscellaneous. Overtly infatuated with cats, Surtur bears a set of features fairly reminiscent of the felines. It is rumored that his rather lethargic endeavor at life is merely a decoy, and the Skydancer only escaped death by hair's breadth, hunted by his Plague kins once sworn upon blood and bone.
