It was a tough and taxing job, but he managed to get the barrier up in time. Hopefully it would stay up for the few days he told Sianar that it would be up for, but he was still unsure, it was taxing magic to do after all. They'd have to find a new option or he'd most likely die from keeping the storm up for so long. He sighed and laid down at his perch that overlooked most of the island. He watched as Aamon and Acolyte began to fight down below him. He never knew how Sianar could stand those two, or the third one, Aeshma. Always fighting, being loud, and sporadic. He much preferred predictability, quiet, and trust.

The leaves rustled as something disturbed them, that something being the bright red fire mage, Eldr. He fluttered over to where Fannar was perched, "I had a feeling this is where you had run off to."

"What do you want Eldr? If your here to gloat about your most recent discovery, save it for another time. I'm busy."

"Busy with what, Fannar? To me it looks as though you are simply sitting around."

"You know well enough what I'm busy with, or do you just practice fake magic? Considering you've forgotten the stress on the body that magic like the barrier does on the caster?"

He disliked Eldr, just like how he disliked the generals, he wasn't predictable, wasn't quiet, and definitely wasn't trustworthy. He is cagey with information regarding his life and his motives, which means he poses a considerable about of threat to Sianar.
