Alex. A source of light in an otherwise relatively gray world. He gives of himself from his heart and asks for nothing in return. But he does not see the same light in himself that he so obviously (to everyone who cares about him) gives off. He doesn’t understand how beautiful that light is, because he sees only pain and the shadow it casts which obscures his vision.

Strong-willed and stubborn, Alex will fight for what he loves and believes in. He stands his ground and doesn’t back down. It’s at once insufferable and admirable, but it’s who he is. His heart blazes with passion for the things he cares about, burning brightly within him. The things which he does, he does wholly and with dedication. He does more for others than for himself, and has a particular connection with creatures. His patience with and love for them knows seemingly no bounds, and he has done what others could not or did not believe was possible at times. Writing is one of Alex’s greatest skills as well; his creation of worlds and characters brings them to life from the page they reside in. He seems to be surrounded by love and light, regardless of what he thinks he deserves, and his kind and gentle, giving spirit is admired by all.
