Nyytshayd and Agave flew away together from their lairs to change their identities and appearances and live together in the darkness of a Shadow weyr. They are both antiques from the Time of Sixx. Rumor has it they lived as spies, or at least infiltrators while they were in their previous homes. Nyytshayd, code name Oubliette, had been in a Light lair while Azul, code name War, had been in Plague. They met while working, recognized each other and realized they had disturbed each other's secrets. They approached Wyldyrn for concealment and safety, wanting to hide in a large weyr with many of the same Time of Sixx. Here they will find some peace and security, although it is unknown if either will ever be completely happy because of their mysterious pasts.

Agave flew on to the Arianethel Lair toward the end of 2016, but another with a similar mysterious past took his place. Zalgo of HorizonsEnd had been his name and he had been midnight/grey/forest but he requested a change and is now Vinca. His parents also left that lair for a new future in the Ice of Sludgy. It is rumored that the lair they left is going into hybernation.

His familiar's name is Zamboni, but they shortened it to Ni because she moves so quickly that no one could speak her whole name before she flitted away.

Vinca is the son of Haku and Illoria; Illoria is a daughter of Radio and Yindi, progens of the Sludgy Lair.
