Rath, alongside Ericius is Daemon's retainer. However, his motives and intentions cause so much skepticism among the battalion that his own scouts keep an extra caring eye when he meanders into Daemon's abode at ungodly hours. He was at one point rumoured to have been tethered to Prince Daemon's very soul from an alternate dimension--a dimension which by all regards suited Daemon far more than this one.
He partakes in many-a strange endeavors, even stalking the most notorious stalker herself: Anaevi. His fascination for the Necromancer oddly parallels the potency of his affliction for Daemon and quite probably Anaevi's interest in Prince Gregorich himself.
Mind games serve as his favourite passtime and every sentence is laced with an innuendo. A secret... a double-entente.
Rath has an air of confidence that at first would appear he has nothing to show for given his lithe frame and tendency to remain at the rear of battle formations. Even so, he is vastly renowned for his shadow-magic and efficiency in killing.
The wisest of corpses would say ... if Death's Wraith happens to materialize from your peripherals then let him pass. But do not blink.
