Biography
Cross was a charming male who had earned himself a reputation of being a player- though in his defense he's never made an attempt to hide the fact. Joining the ranks of the military he quickly rose to "Captain of the Guards".
But regardless his end goal was gathering information to bring back to his own clan. The male was the spy in their mist... He however hadn't planned on even staying this long, but... One night in the castle gardens had changed everything for him.
He watched a younger female coatl, barely a woman, sitting in the garden speaking ever so gently to the plants. A tender smile on her lips, her claw gently ran across a flower. She spoke her worries, her thoughts, her desire to see the worldwide. She spoke all her dreams childishly, so innocently to the plants. Yet, when he walked up to her and spoke about how the plants couldn't answer... She simply smiled.
"But, they have ears. Or well, they are good at listening. Better than most people." The female's voice rang like a nightingales song. She didn't even appear to be complaining. Not even a tone of flirting.
They spoke for hours about simple things. Her sweet charm was so different for him. She was not this desert flower so easy to crush... But, this beautiful thing lost in the desert.
The days past by yet he couldn't keep his mind off the younger female. Each night he would go out of his way to check the castle gardens... Even switching his patrol to see her and speak with her.
It was as if their meetings were surrounded by calming magic. It was this escape just the two of them, sometimes just quietly in each other's presence, tails brushing one another.
At the end of the second month of their meeting... It came to him. He would be unable to return to his clan without her. He loved his desert flower. There was just a few problems. She was the eldest daughter of the royal family, Princess Nile... And she didn't know he was a spy nor could he tell her. If he were caught it would put her in more danger knowing.
He had two options, plead with the royal family for their daughter's hand, which was unlikely, or kidnap her...
The young princess didn't know what would await her but soon... She'd be his. Soon they would be back in his clan. And she would accept it. She would have no choice.
Cross adored his secret love. And no one would stop him from taking her as his mate.
