For all intents and purposes, Blight is a loyal, trustworthy clan member, even being part of the official Guard. She obeys orders, doesn't take kindly to nonsense, and never complains about the leaders of the clan, always seeming to have something good to say with every criticism she brings up. However one can't help but get the feeling she's planning something, and it's hard to trust her when every word and decision has been carefully thought out.

She adopted the imperial Resheph when he was only a hatchling, training him in the plague way as far as she could within the clan's rules. She couldn't, for instance, leave him out in the middle of the Scarred Wasteland with only his wits and claws to sustain him for days, then weeks, then months like she did. She made do with other methods, forbidding him to play until he beat the largest fledgeling in a spar, only letting him snack on things he hunted or foraged himself, and encouraging him to stay up for days on end to learn how to keep going when sleep isn't an option. It was grueling at times, even with her clan trying to intercede at every bend, but in the end she got a son she was truly proud of, loyal to her and not only willing but wanting to fulfill her private dreams.

Now, with Resheph in the running for clan deputy, she needs only to watch and wait, and hope that her efforts have paid off.
