"When He Hatched, He had Bloody Wounds" Chimera Bloody Head Bandage Bloody Wing Bandages
When Fatallywounded was still in an egg, a group of rogue Plague dragons attacked his Arcane nest. One Plague rogue got to his egg in particular and sliced it up, but found that its claws couldn't go completely through the egg. Disappointed, it dropped Fatal and left as the others were retreating. Fatal's mother, an already weak and unstable dragon, had somehow survived the brutal attack but his father had not. Fatal was the last egg left.
When he hatched, he had bloody wounds where all of the cuts on his egg had been. They refused to heal and stop bleeding so his mother simply gave up, leaving her egg to suffer alone and she left, fleeing into the woods. She was never seen or heard from again. A few wise Arcane dragons took Fatal in and nursed him back to health. They dealt with his wounds, making the bleeding stop with a few bandages. If he took the bandages off, he would bleed to death. Fatal grew up this way, wrapped in red-stained bandages and fearing that they would be ripped off. His fellow Arcane pupils laughed at him and yelled and jeered at him, as he was unwilling to participate in any games with them.
After only a small amount of one week, Fatal decided to leave his Arcane clan. The Arcane dragons who'd raised him wished him farewell and let him leave, knowing he was very unhappy in his current home. During his time with his previous clan, Fatal had learned the precious art of healing. He wished to become a healer for a clan who was in need of one. But, he told himself, never to a Plague clan.
And he didn't have to. Fatal had heard the spreading rumors of a newly created Water flight clan, the Mythics and their obsidian leader. He wished to seek out this clan and join them as their healer unless they already had one. Fatal gained lots of information about the whereabouts of this particular clan and happened upon them right after they'd been ambushed by Shadow flight dragons. He watched in the shadows of the foliage as the obsidian leader, Karale, appointed a gruff looking Guardian dragon the new Lead Guarder. Before him, Fatal could see many injured dragons.
Feeling a tinge of boldness, Fatal stepped out from the foliage and approached Karale. But the Lead Guarder was on him like a bug to a light, pouncing on him and pushing him to the ground. He yelped as his permanent wounds struck rocks, but the bandages stayed on, never falling. Karale ordered the Guarder off of him, and asked who he was. Fatal answered all of these interrogative questions honestly and then asked Karale a single question of his own: Could he become her Healer?
Karale accepted his offer, much to Fatal's relief and he set to work immediately. To this day, Fatallywounded still serves as Mythic's Healer, and he will continue to serve as Mythic's Healer until his last breath.
