If there has ever been a non-confrontational wildclaw, Lumin is that wildclaw. It is well known that the raptor-dragons are speedy warriors with little tolerance for weakness. Everything in your standard wildclaw society depends on a dragon’s ability to provide for his clan. This light-eyed young dragon however is a softer sort. He prefers to spend time out in nature studying the way light hits the leaves and reading. The only thing that make the platinum scales on his face twist into a bigger smile than studying is a steaming cup of tea and a soft blanket. A super fan of the cute and cuddly, it is not an odd day when Lumin brings a rabbit back to the lair that is not to eat.

Lumin considers himself lucky to have family living close by to him. His three brothers, Masala, Honeybush, and Acai, run a small tea and coffee shop in the center of town. They manage it just fine on their own, but Lumin likes to step in occasionally and help them run the place. He thinks they'll get into trouble without him, but they've proven that they can quit playing around for long enough to manage the shop just fine.

The only thing that takes up as much of Lumin’s time as tea, cuddles, and his goofball brothers is his ever continuing work on a guidebook of everything in Sornieth. From insects to fish to mammals and birds, beasts to plants and everything in between, the wildclaw has studied and written about every one he has encountered in near-excessive detail. This nerdy, soft-hearted wildclaw is an amazing friend, mate, and researcher, a true Light dragon.
