Spruce
Spruce's family was looking for new trees to nest in when Spruce ran into the golden dragon Augen. Augen and Spruce had become acquaintances before Augen ran off and did not return to her area of the woods, which prompted Spruce to go looking for her. He was surprised to find that she had joined a new clan of dragons that had made their base in a cave. The cave and these new dragons were very interesting, that's probably why Spruce decided to stay. Spruce is a world observer, and likes to spend lots of time just studying things around him, plants, animals, small insects, and even rocks. Spruce loves to collect small shiny objects of interest like beetle wings and smooth pebbles. There are so many interesting cave pebbles that Spruce had never seen before now! Spruce met his familiar, Strangler while exploring in the woods. He caught sight of a faint glimmer in the underbrush of a very large tree, and moving slowly and cautiously, he approached it. He thought it might be a rare beetle or perhaps a discarded gem, but instead it was Strangler.
