His temper was legendary. It proceeded him to clans he had never even visited, and it did not bode well for an adolescent runaway. His impressive fighting skill already kept others wary of him, but his outbursts and harsh words often ended any hopes he had of permanent residence. That was, until Nightfire took him in. Nightfire mentioned he had known the cruelties that Eldritch was facing, had said so in passing, never being one of many words with Eldritch. His first months were spent in semi-solitude, his own fear of being kicked out of this new home mingled with the bated breath of the clan for his next outburst. This smoothed, in time, and he began to join the people. He was quickly accepted, and he did not immediately register the jests regarding his temper as familial.
"Hothead", lovingly chuckled as he defended a friend to the grave.
"Fire-eater!" laughed out as a snowball flew precariously close to his head.
"Scoundrel", jokingly whistled as he continued to be a popular topic among girls in the clan.
The members here saw him as a son, a brother, a guardian and defender. He soon came to seem them this way as well, ready to die for their sake, ready to lay down his life for theirs. He was a hotheaded fighter, a harsh paladin, a son with a home to fight for.
