Clan sweetheart. He can do no wrong, my sweet lil guy, my precious son. He is beloved by all who know him, which I attribute to his face that cute enough to melt your face. He's got a photographic memory, a maxed out charisma stat, and acquittal for all and any crimes he may have allegedly commited.

I drew him for the first time in december 2021 and i HAT e it, he looks so bald
with that tumor shapred head, why are his eyes so huge? sorry phil, I'll keep drawing you to redeem this crime.

More things that are true about my beloved dragon son

Shaddy(his shadowbinder plushie) has a pink scarf that matches his, because one time its head got ripped completley off, and no one in my clan can sew that good so a scarf makes it look cute and less frankenstein's monsterescque(which can be cute, but in this instance was distressing).
Prior to this, none of my idiots wore scarves. They all started wearing scarves after this incident so that shaddy 'wouldn't feel self concious'.
Phil is under no illusions about the sentience of his stuffed toy and does not believe it to be in need of emotional support, though, if it were, he believes therapy would be far more effective than solidarity scarves. However, he quite likes how everyone looks wearing them and considers it a quality of life improvement
He share's a 'room'(its a hole in the wall) with frisk and his side is stuffed full of plushie toys and pillows. They sleep on the plush mountain curled up together every night
He ~~and frisk do crimes together~~ is innocent! would never do a crime. But if he were to crime, he'd only do those chaotic good type ones, like setting off fireworks where fireworks are banned but its for the hatchlings hospital benefit concert and some heartless buereaucrat refused to sign the event permissions paperwork, or Museum theft but in his defense that sword was sick
Since he's mute and radiates comfort, all my other idiots confide in him and vent all their woes to him to feel better. This is very good for both parties.
He really likes food that curly/spiral shaped, like shrimp, calamari, swirly (fish) candies, he'd probably love curly fries if he weren't a fishavore or a pescaterrier or whatever
I personally intereperet the smoke full of eyes part of his 'bewitching bangles' as a representation of the loving eyes of me and every other person that has had the pleasure of encountering him
which is to say in my dragon canon he doesnt have smoke following him. I just wanted him to have some nice gold jewelery
It makes him feel handsome
I Just decided it right now so none of the art shows it, but his horns are rounded off on the ends. To many idiots here for someone not to get skewered
Also I think he takes off his gold stuff when he sleeps. Its a choice for him to wear it every day.
Phil has never forgotten anything in his entire life. Inside his little pancake head is a vast collection of every wave and particle that has crossed paths with his senses, and the meaning he's found in it all.

I bought him the day he was born from this hatchery. Its been inactive for years, but I'll never forget it for blessing me with this perfect colorful innocent coatl man
