Clan Leader • Nature
Personality:
Goldenrod is one of the founders and leaders of the clan, along with Eclipse, Shimmerscale, and Elektra. More social and cooperative than Eclipse, he likes to make sure anyone feels comfortable speaking up with a new idea or concern. Those with personal problems weighing on them know that Goldenrod is always ready to lend a listening ear.


Charge:
For a time, Goldenrod thought he might have to leave his love Eclipse and their newfound clan. His Charge was still out there; he could feel in his bones that he had not found it yet. But every day, as he woke curled under Eclipse's wing, he found another excuse to stay.

One day, he woke up as normal. He greeted Shimmerscale as he gently slid himself out from under Eclipse's grasp, nodded to Squall and Emeraude as they herded their young terrors through the clan, and darted over to assist Lichen and his own daughter in hauling soil for the gardens. It wasn't until around noon that he realized the urge to leave, to seek out what he needed to protect, was gone from his bones. It had soaked into the earth of his clan, and he could see it reflected in the scales of every one of his clanmates. He knew it then: he'd found his Charge in the dragons of his clan.
