Hiwakea is a magical messenger. If there is an important message that needs to be delivered she is usually the one assigned the task. She has extensive knowledge of geography and is an excellent navigator. Her magical abilities are limited to teleportation, jaunting and astral projection.

Its thought that Hiwakea originally met Woe on the return trip after delivering important scrolls to a distant allied clan. It isn't really certain what happened but Woe ended up following Hiwakea back and never left.
