Oh boy, this gal. She's quite impetuous and likes getting into trouble with Gummy. They like bugging everyone when they're half asleep and love to steal food and treats from everyone's personal hoards. But, because they're not mean, the two of them will leave some money behind and a post it note that just says "yeah man!!!!!". It's real swell of them. REAL swell. Chirp's all about the thrill of it and feeling ALIVE, or, something like being alive but maybe not quite that but enough like that to maybe be worded similarly. I dunno. Can you be like, half alive? The point is, she gets in trouble, a lot. And gets lectured about her behavior, a lot. She does love her adopted mother Zinnia very dearly, though.
Despite her rowdiness, Chirp is an expert in the history and practices of professional thievery. She believes that it's an art more than it is a crime. Or, it's an art form, that just happens to also be a crime. She finds the Hewn City an exciting place to live in, as the history of it is largely shrouded in mystery. A lot of exploration on her part however has revealed that a great deal of thieve gangs used to populate this place, as indicated by many abandoned lairs full of weapons and traps. Traps that cannot come CLOSE to trapping this bad grrrl.
