Once upon a time in a Spiral Keep under the sea, the Tidelord was blowing bubbles. Technically he was creating prophecies and passing them up to the tiny dragons that did his bidding, but he had been at it a very long time, and his ennui told him he was blowing bubbles. As he was contemplating blowing a bubble that did not, in fact, contain a prophecy, a package arrived. Glad for the interruption, he took said package immediately and opened it. A scrap of paper, dry despite their current location, caught his eye.

Brother, I haven't seen you in an age. I have heard you are quite the couch potato and that no one but the exalted droplets see or hear from you either. I thought that maybe you were lonely, so I've sent you some company to sit with you. Talk to you probably never (since you never leave home!)- Windsinger

Beneath the note were two brown, slightly soggy potatoes. Was this his brother's idea of a joke? Probably. But the joke was on him. Smiling, the Tidelord leaned down and stroked the two potatoes, shaping them with a long claw until they were dragon shaped. This was very against the rules, but who would ever know? He breathed life into the two tidepotato dragons and smiled for the first time in a long time as they scampered out of his great clawed hand.

SOME TIME LATER

Stormcatcher looked up from his work to see an odd little dragon with water eyes and a letter almost as big as it was. This was unexpected. He took the letter and read.

Dear Stormbringer, A few of you potato siblings want to come visit. Please be nice.-Tidedad

The diety cocked his head to the side. "Potato?" Suddenly he remembered the strange messenger. He turned. There was indeed a potato with wings sitting beside him, grinning from ear to ear. Behind it Stormcatcher could see more similar dragons. A lot more. This did not bode well for getting work done.
