Scourge of the Seas
Scallug Clovewing was born in the Starfall Isles, an adventurous but scholarly sort, he was prime potential for exhaltation - however, the young lad eventually dabbled in drug abuse and ran with rougher crews - leading him down a spiraling path into petty crimes and altercations among do-gooder dragons.
As he grew, so did his streak for crime. Pick Pocketing and vandalism and loitering with rag tag fellows grew into riots and raids among shops and clan dens. Scallug gained power, extorted shops for protection money and grew to be a feared and respected villain. Until the Arcanist and noble and heroic dragons cast him out and exiled him to the seas on a raft.
Scallug, always smart on the inside, had already knew well on ocean navigation and had an already established network of seafaring captains willing to take him aboard. When he boarded a spice ship called the Gold Mina, he served as a deckhand until the time was ripe to raise mutiny and cast out all who defied him, including the former captain.
Taking rule of the ship and crew, he renamed the Gold Mina the Bloody Cur and sailed the seas spreading terror and fear throughout the shores.
He sank with the Bloody Cur when the heroic threw the Cur in flames, losing his pearl deep in the sea. It is rumoured that those who will ever find the pearl to reveal the map of where he buried his hoard of riches and treasures.
