Zephyr Dancer - Warm Thermals variant (as far as I can tell)

Ja Odori arrived at the Gale Force Militia barracks with a group of eight other dragons looking for combat training before leaving to serve the Windsinger. After training one afternoon, Ja Odori wandered into the construction zone of an amphitheater and met another Zephyr Dancer, the resident composer, Cadence.

The pair started talking and realized that they came from the same Dancer clan and shared relatives. Cadence wanted to know if Ja Odori was truly happy with leaving to serve the Windsinger or if he was simply responding to pressure from his family, but Ja Odori wouldn't answer. Cadence reminded the younger dragon that while there is no shame in serving the Windsinger, there is in running away from a problem. It was this conversation that ultimately changed Ja Odori's mind.

Within a few weeks, Ja Odori was prepared to leave the Squalls' home, though he promised to stay in touch with Cadence while travelling.

Cadence seems to genuinely care about his younger 'cousin', though he does call the other Dancer Shrub, which seems to be a jab at the family name of Hemlock.
