Though born under the banner of Light, Arlo never truly found his place there. After a nomadic journey across the Windswept Plateau's, he stumbled upon a makeshift haven called Flotsam Town. Here, he encountered the charming dragon Runesong, and their connection blossomed into a deep bond. For months, they embraced life among Flotsam Town's platforms, with Arlo securing work at the shipyard. Overheard conversations hinted at a growing clan in the Sunbeam Ruins to the east, igniting a spark for a new beginning.

Yearning for a fresh start, Arlo shared the news with Runesong, who, despite the initial daunting prospect, shared his adventurous spirit. Packing lightly, they bid farewell to friends and family, uncertain when they'd reunite. Upon their arrival at Clan Luonne, warmth enveloped them. Arlo found purpose managing the bustling port. Runesong, a bard, contributed her talents to a quaint tavern nestled in the tunnels.

"Back in Light again, huh?" Arlo mused to himself. This time, it felt comfortable—like home.
