Biography
October was born in February. A confusing thing, that. A newcomer in the clan finding it difficult to figure out who she was, nameless October was directed to the library. She read plenty of books back in her old Light clan, but there were some odd ones among this new collection that seemed a bit... dark. The librarian Azure assured her they were probably safe, and fascinating to read. So read she did.
What she read were books on an ancient, dark festival that had fallen out of practice. "All Hallow's Eve," some called it. A day where the dead returned from beyond the grave, and dark rituals could take place. But instead, it seemed, most who had celebrated this day used it to hang spooky decorations and eat candy. Especially this one treat called "candy corn." She HAD to try it.
With the baker Cupcake's help she managed to actually get some candy corn for herself. It was like nothing else she'd ever tasted. Honestly, it was kind of bad, but she couldn't stop eating them. And it was so cute!
October knew then that she wanted to devote herself to reviving this holiday Halloween. She dressed herself in spooky decorations, and began passing out candy corn to nearby clans. She named herself October, for the month it falls in. She couldn't be more excited for her first real Halloween to come!
