CHESTER
The Enchanted Thrall

Bio: Chester is not actually a dragon, first of all. Oh, he looks rather like one, sounds like one, maybe even feels like one--but his body is merely a magical construct made out of pure arcane energy. He is actually a spirit, called from another plane of existence by Alice, the young mage, and bound to serve her will. It's unclear exactly why he serves her, but he follows her every little whim. He has a disarmingly-large smile full of sharp teeth. Because his body is a construct, it is not bound by the laws of normal physics. He can appear and disappear at will (his master's will, more specifically), which happens slowly instead of all at once, with his smile generally being the last thing to vanish.

While exactly what all Chester does for Alice is unclear, one of the more noticeable things is that he plays practical jokes on the other dragons, especially the more uptight ones such as Kahmden and even Serafino. These orders Chester carries out with apparent glee, even going a bit beyond what Alice asks of him on occasion, showing his own sadistic streak. If caught by another member of Clan Mimsy, he can occasionally be coerced into helping with some task or other. But only if it's something that actually interests him. If not, he's liable to get bored and decide to mess around and make chaos. After all, Alice is the only one whose orders he's actually bound to follow.

But it's not all frustration and jokes with Chester; he's somewhat of a poet, and though no one particularly understands his poetry, he'll be present at any gathering where compositions are being read to lend his unique style of entertainment. 		Nickel Cat Figurine
