"Nobody messes with the Shadow Man, understand?" - Obscurus.

First and foremost, Obscurus is an asset to Clan Tellatale and one of the Six Pillars. He's traveled across all of Sornieth and has no shortage of knowledge of ways a dragon's mind works, sharing that knowledge with Dragoon to help him establish pacts and alliances with other clans. He attends all clan meetings, be them near or far, to aid his leader. At home, he watches the clan from the shadows to ensure all are safe. But, every so often Obcurus has business of his own that calls him to leave the clan. The business of making deals with greedy or powerhungry dragons to knock them down a peg or two. In the rings of the underworld, he's known as the Shadow Man and the King of Games. He wields powerful voodoo and who-do capable of leveling a whole clan, promising to use that power to give great rewards to any foolish enough to fall for his trap. All they have to do is beat him in a game of their choosing. Little do they know, the Skydancer has something close to a perfect win record. Even if he's never played the game they've chosen before, he learns how to win in a split second and procures victory with ease, and all without resorting to underhanded tactics. And once he's won... Their soul belongs to him. The only way to beat him is to cheat, but if you do... That you meet an even uglier fate than all the rest. Of course, Obscurus doesn't like to talk about his work as the Shadow Man, instead preferring to keep mum about it for the benefit of his clanmates. The third thing to know about the Skydancer is that he's something of a family man, dedicated to all those he holds dear- but none moreso than his Godson, Cupid. After the young Fae's parents had passed, Obscurus took Cupid under his wing and taught him all the magic he knew so he could protect himself when he grew up. A fast learner, Cupid absorbed it all faster than Obscurus himself had, and promised never to use it for nefarious dealings. Even now, Cupid has kept that promise. Instead of following his Godfather's footsteps, he's gone into the matchmaking business. Obscurus has no problem with that, simply happy to see Cupid thrive. What he does have a problem with is his Godson's incessant flirting... Obscurus is very mysterious, frightening and cunning, but he is also a gentleman, loyal and wise. He enjoys spending time with Cupid, playing card games, messing with people's heads, lurking in shadows, and watching Cupid make his successful potions. He dislikes arguing, being tricked, and Cupid's flirting.
