Perseus spends most of his time patrolling the blossom fields and traps that protect the clan's borders. He has devised many of the defenses that keep the clan gatherers safe while they collect flowers that would otherwise be deadly to all that that came near them.

Prior to joining the clan he wandered from village to village, tracking both beastclan and any hint of the Shade. He was drawn to Embark's Fate, the boneyard at the center of the blossom fields, like a moth to flame upon discovering the flowers only grow where a tainted spirit dwells. Ghosts seem to linger in the fields and have become part of the defenses, draining the life from anyone that lingers too long.
