Like Conall, Serendel is rather hot-blooded. He's just better at making it look like he had a reason to start the fight (he never fools Michael though). He has a fascination with learning, as since Conall is inhabiting his body, he only has a second-hand experience with... everything.

He has a morbid interest in mortality, enjoying stories about gruesome injuries or deadly illnesses. Thanks to his connection to space and time, he can catch glimpses of events, and who will be key during them, these events are always alterable but since he can't speak common, they seem unchangeable to him.

He feels a bit of guilt for not being able to warn Conall about the attack that would blind him.

Backstory
Like Theon, he resides in the soul of his host, only he originally had his own body, but since he was a child of a hated alien race, he had to disguise himself. So his mother 'created' Conall around himself, eventually losing control over the persona as it began to gain its own life.

But he was, and always will be, the actual owner of the body, while 'Conall' was never meant to exist at the time he is in now. He struck a deal with Conall to let him live as long as he could observe his life from his mind. But he does want his body back one day.

This deal led to him growing affectionate towards Conall, and he finds himself questioning if he can actually go through with re-absorbing the other half of his soul and 'destroying' Conall.

  • Since he 'created' Conall, he's technically older than him
  • He doesn't physically speak, he instead telepathically projects/translates his words into people's minds.
